Hi,
Mr. X, born 00-00-00, has been familiar with OSAS, TIAs, etc. One of his complaints is serious misunderstood fatigue. His fatigue is often such that he is sick of it, to nausea if he does not take enough rest. It is known that severe fatigue can actually work disabling.
In addition to physical fatigue, Mr. also cognitive fatigue that causes major problems. This manifests itself in the following complaints: Problems with concentrating attention. Difficulty to hold attention, difficulty in recording written and oral information and problems with reproducing information. Memory problems. Respond to the same question in a matter of minutes or do not know if something has already been said or done.
